Solo piano under the trees. Classical, jazz, inspired improvisations. Doug O'Brien is a versatile piano player who sometimes sings and tells stories. He played solo piano at Carnegie Hall in April of 1980 and by 1981 played keyboards in a punk rock band at CBGBs. His contemplative piano music has been featured on Guided Imagery recordings. At the Rail Trail you are likely to hear Bach, Chopin, blues, improvised music and jazz with a sprinkling of Debussy.
