Jim Metzner is best known as the award-winning producer and narrator of the Pulse of the Planet radio series and podcast. He's recorded and given presentations around the world and his forty-year archive of sounds is now part of the permanent collection of the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.

What is not so widely known is that Jim studied acting at Yale Drama School, and enjoyed a brief career working as a singer-songwriter in London, where he opened for the likes of TRex and Pink Floyd!
